Stone & Stem has flowered weddings and events at the venue for a number of years. With our extensive experience here, we are able to curate arrangements that will perfectly complement and enhance the space through stunning florals.

At Stone & Stem, we create effortless floral designs through a distinctive yet adaptable style, with the use of stems grown by us.
In our designs, we include flowers grown by us in Hampshire, right next door to our studio!
Each stem we use in our arrangements is carefully selected for their texture, colour, shape and scent, ensuring they will perfectly encompass the vision for your day.
All of our designs are created with our refined signature style, encompassing the perfect harmony of effortless yet intentional, and natural yet contemporary.
Sustainability and environmental responsibility is of the upmost importance to us when it comes to our floral designs.
By growing our own flowers and foliage, we reduce the amount of imported stems that we use each year. We also work closely with local British growers. When we do need to use flowers and foliage from overseas, we choose trusted suppliers who we know are also doing their best to reduce their carbon footprint.
When it comes to our mechanics, we avoid the use of floral foam where possible. Most of our mechanics involve using only water or English moss, accompanied by materials such as chicken wire, which we can re-use again and again.

Consultation Call
Once you have submitted your enquiry form, we will be in touch to schedule a Consultation Call. This allows us to get to know you, and explore floral designs that will suit the vision of your day!
3. Confirmation of Booking
Once you are happy with the Floral Design Proposal, you will be able to secure Stone & Stem as your wedding florist by signing a contract and paying a Booking Fee, which is 10% of your current quote. Once this is complete, you can breathe a sigh of relief, and pop a big tick next to “book our dream florist” on your wedding to-do list!
2. Floral Design Proposal
Shortly after our consultation call, you will receive a bespoke Floral Design Proposal, showing how we propose to approach the floral elements of your wedding day. This will be accompanied by an estimate quote for the work involved.
4. Final Details Call
A few months prior to your wedding, we will arrange a call to discuss all of the final details for your wedding day. This will include any small changes to may need to make, due to guest count and so on, whilst also confirming timings.
We will then see you on your wedding day!
